I founded Jordan Landscape Company to provide a collaborative design experience built on 16 years of industry expertise. I hold a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and am a licensed C-27 landscape contractor. This combination of design education and field experience allows me to bridge the gap between artistic vision and technical reality.
From concept to permit.
My services range from initial site consultations to the production of technical landscape sets for city submittals. I manage the complexities of soil, drainage, and municipal code compliance, ensuring your plans are as functional as they are beautiful.

As a solo practitioner, I offer my clients total accountability. Whether you are seeking a residential garden or permit-ready drawings for a larger project, you work directly with me from start to finish. My background as a designer and contractor ensures that every plan is buildable, compliant, and crafted with a deep understanding of the construction process.
When I am not designing, I am a husband and father who appreciates simple living. I bring that same dedication to family and functionality to every landscape I create.

1. Conceptual Design + Development I begin by translating your vision into a cohesive design. This phase includes site analysis, spatial planning, and selecting a plant palette that thrives in our local climate. I collaborate closely with you to ensure the final concept reflects your aesthetic and lifestyle.
2. Construction Documents + Permit Drawings I provide the technical, high-precision plans required for project approval and construction. These sets include drainage details, irrigation specifications, and municipal compliance documents. My goal is to ensure a smooth permitting process and provide contractors with a clear roadmap for installation.
3. Construction Administration To ensure the design is executed as planned, I offer site observation and contractor coordination. I serve as your advocate on-site, resolving technical issues as they arise and monitoring quality to ensure the finished landscape meets our high standards.
4. Consultations For clients who aren't ready for a full redesign, I offer hourly consultations. Whether you need advice on plant health, material selection, or a quick site refresh, I provide the professional insight needed to make informed decisions.
